Moim zdaniem zależy jaki gainer. np. 737 to wiadomo, że g****, ale na przykład up your mass (czy jakiś inny z tej półki)- dobry skład, więc po treningu pasuje
Zależy jaki posiłek chcesz uzupełnić. Może być zastosowany jako carbo po treningu, jako zamiennik całego posiłku, bulk itd itp. Z tych lepszych to Up your mass czy Mutant, mało węgli prostych i vitargo czyli węgle złożone.
